RowanSOM Transitional Year
The Transitional Year (TY) is designed to help explore a wide variety of medical specialties through service in both in-patient and out-patient facilities at health systems throughout Southern New Jersey. TY's benefit from in-depth clinical experiences that are enhanced by the educational expertise of committed and dedicated house officers‚ university faculty, and attending physicians. Rotations in a TY's specialty choice for a residency are completed during the first five months, when possible.Transitional Year Residents
