Family Medicine Residency Program

The Virtua Health Family Medicine Residency Program with Rowan-Virtua SOM offers integrated learning and patient care in a variety of settings throughout Southern New Jersey. Residents are exposed to a diverse rotation of specialty areas and have the freedom to attend additional conferences and presentations to suit their medical interests.

Rotations and Hospital Affiliations

Residents in this program train at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes, Virtua-Voorhees, Virtua-Memorial and Rowan-Virtua SOM Ambulatory Clinics (including working with the New Jersey Institute for Successful Aging – NJISA), and through continuity clinics with Virtua physicians. Residents have the unique opportunity to treat a combination of rural, suburban and urban populations that are diverse in age, cultures and economic standing.
