NON-EMERGENCY WORK ORDER:
You can now submit your own Facilities Work Order, track its progress, and see when it is assigned and completed. Please use the link in the Facilities Services box below to submit and track your Work Order.

Logistical Services

- Mail pick up and delivery (USPS, etc.)
- Receiving (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc)
- Student File Transport
- Office and Lab supplies order and delivery
Environmental Services

- Moving furniture
- Room set-up

Room Reservations
The Stratford campus utilizes the "25Live" web application for resource reservation requests. You can use this tool to see which rooms on campus are available and reserve space directly through the online system.
If your meeting requires beverage or food services, our approved caterer is Gourmet Dining. Catering menus are available from the food service manager at 856-566-6703. Please remember that arrangements for event clean-up is the department's responsibility.
