SOM Tutoring Program
Tutoring Services offers academic support in a variety of subjects and is free of charge to all Rowan-Virtua SOM students. Small-group tutoring is available in most subject areas. Students may self-schedule tutoring appointments using the Tutor Directory (SAAE Tutoring Program) provided on the Rowan-Virtua SOM Blackboard site. Share your knowledge
We are currently recruiting peer-to-peer tutors in all subjects for both one-on-one and small group sessions. Tutors must be current SOM students in good overall academic standing. To qualify, you must have:
- Taken the SOM course for that subject
- Earned a grade 87 or above in one or more courses
- Met any additional requirements deemed necessary by the Director or Chair of the course
- PBL students must have an overall average of 80 or above
