The Rowan-Virtua SOM acceptance fee is $500 to hold your seat in the class and is due based on when you are accepted. Specific deadlines will be stated in your acceptance letter.
You can submit your deposit online by logging into your student application portal. Please complete the Acceptance Confirmation Form in your acceptance packet* and mail it to:

Get your Rowan NetID
Follow two steps to gain access to Rowan University's wealth of resources.
1) Register for DUO authentication at https://duo.rowan.edu/
2) Set up your network username and password at https://id.rowan.edu/
Submit your official transcripts
To successfully matriculate as a Rowan-Virtua SOM medical student, we must receive the final and official transcripts from all institutions you have attended. The deadline for receiving these documents is July 1, 2024. Please have transcripts mailed to:

Complete your health forms
You are required to submit health and immunization forms before matriculating as a Rowan-Virtua SOM student. Our Department of Family Medicine handles all medical information and you will be contacted shortly with the student health and immunization requirements.
