All events held virtually or on any campus of Rowan University must be registered through the Office of University Events to be reviewed and approved by the Emergency Operations Team, Events Sub-Committee. No events may be held without University approval for the foreseeable future. Events are being centralized to ensure safety protocols are being followed for the well-being of the Rowan University community.

In addition to reserving your room via the request form below, please submit your event for University Events approval via the Student Club Event Submission Form

Please note that room request approvals and event approvals are two independent approval processes. You will receive separate confirmation emails for both requests.
