Please note, the Office of Student Affairs is in the process of streamlining the Room Reservation Request Form and the Student Club Event Submission Form! With this, the Room Reservation Form has been removed from the website. Temporarily, the Student Club Event Submission Form will serve as both your event submission and your room request.
